I had the honor of attending and presenting my research paper titled "Enhancing Human Capital Development Through Quality Education Initiatives: Insights from Japan" at the "Changing Profile of Japanese Studies in South Asia: Through the Lenses of Young Scholars" Young Scholars Regional Conference. This event was organized by the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, in collaboration with the Japanese Studies Association in South Asia (JSASA).

I sincerely thank the Department of Japanese Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Dhaka, and express my gratitude to Dr. Abdullah Al Mamun, Dr. Alam Md Jahangir, Dr. Lopamudra Malek, Shiblee Noman Naushad sir, and other members for their unwavering support and mentorship.
